Qualification Requirements

Gauge Training Inc. Has partnered with API-U to offer the first ever API accredited thread inspection courses for both rotary shouldered and tubing & casing connections. We are proud to announce our new “Facility Achievement Awards” plaque program. This program is designed to recognize inspection facilities that are at the forefront of quality and inspection services. While also standardizing thread inspection across the industry.

For your facility to qualify for our plaque program, you must have 90% of your machinists, inspectors and quality personnel accredited through our API-U certified thread inspection courses. This applies only to our “hands-on” in-person thread inspection courses, not the introductory online courses. Upon confirming your location has met the 90% threshold, you will be awarded your Facility Achievement Award to display prominently next to your API monogram(s).

These outstanding facilities have succeeded in qualifying 90+% of their key personnel as fully accredited inspectors by passing the Gauge Training Inc T&C or RSC training programs. They have received the coveted Facility Achievement Award recognizing their achievement. Well done!
